  1. How long does it take to receive my Baby Comic once I upload my photos?
    Time varies based on pending orders. Each Baby Comic is customized, based on the number of photos submitted and the details provided in the brief questionnaire. As there are no templates used in creating a Baby Comic, a proof can take a few days to complete for approval. Once the proof is approved, ordered prints can take five to seven days to deliver when shipped by USPS Priority Mail (delivery time varies by location).
  2. How many pictures can I upload?
    We will accept a maximum of 12 photos per Original Baby Comic order. Only 1 photo per Baby Comic Card order.
  3. Do I have to upload a minimum amount of photos?
    Just one will do it! Baby Comics differ depending on the occasion and the picture setting. The number of pictures that go into your Baby Comic is up to you (12 maximum). See our Samples page for variations on picture count.
  4. If I am not happy with the Baby Comic proof, what are my options?
    We will revise the text in your Baby Comic proof a maximum of two times. You will be asked for specific feedback regarding what changes you would like to be made.
  5. What level of quality are the prints?
    We print exclusively on a laser photo printer. This means that the printer uses a visible light laser to expose silver halide photographic media. We only use Kodak Professional Portra Endura Paper (aka Traditional E-Surface paper). Accurate color, realistic saturation, excellent neutral flesh reproduction and brighter colors are just a few of the attributes to describe E-Surface paper. In other words… It’s professional quality!
  6. Can I get a different size print besides 8”x10”?
    At this time, no. Our tests have demonstrated that this is the best size print to bring out all of the details of a Baby Comic. Our recommendation: a professional 8×10 on a weighted matboard with a frame. This is the best way to get the most out of your Baby Comic! The prints on matboard are fantastic!
  7. Can you touch-up the quality of the pictures I upload?
    No. The picture quality that you upload will be the same quality in your Baby Comic.
  8. Where do you come up with the captions?
    The pictures speak for themselves!
  9. Can I ship multiple print orders to different addresses?
    No. All additional orders are shipped to the same address.

  10. Is the framed print option delivered in the frame, or do I have to put it together?
    The frame prints are professionally framed prior to shipping.

  11. Do all of the pictures I upload have to be from the same day, or event?
    No. However, the best Baby Comics are usually focused around a similar setting, or theme. In the brief questionnaire while ordering you will be able to tell us where the pictures were taken, and if you have an idea of what you would like your Baby Comic to be about. We are open to all of your ideas…

  12. Can I choose what title and info goes into the Baby Comic?
    Yes. We encourage you to share your thoughts and ideas about how you would like your Baby Comic to look. If you don’t have any ideas, that’s ok! That’s what we are here for. We’ll lay it out for your approval!

  13. Can I have more than one picture in my Baby Comic Card?
    No, only one picture for a card design.  The picture will be on the outside of the card, and your text will be inside. 

  14. Are the Baby Comic Cards professionally printed?
    Yes. All cards are professionally printed, with a heavy card stock and fitted envelopes.
  15. Can gift certificates be used more than once?
    Yes. If a gift certificate is used and there is a remaining balance, it can be applied to a future order. The gift certificate # will remain active as long as there is a balance.
  16. Do I get a receipt when I purchase a gift certificate for someone?
    Yes.  You will be emailed a receipt, along with the gift certificate number.  Included in this email will be a blank gift certificate that you can complete as part of your gift. 
  17. If I'm not ordering prints, do I still pay shipping as part of my order?
    No.  If prints are not ordered on an Original Baby Comic, you will be able to download the proof after the approval process and no shipping will be required.
